For the first time the Conversation will be held in a new location, not in Fuschl am See. The IFSR Conversation for 2010 was held at Kloster Pernegg, outside Vienna (see http://www.klosterpernegg.at/ for details about the location.)

Under the leadership of Prof. Matjaz Mulej and Prof. Jifa Gu the IFSR has decided to found an
International Academy of Systems and Cybernetic Sciences (IASCYS) .
On April 7, 2010 the General Assembly of the IFSR approved the Constitution of the IASCYS (subject to some editorial amendments), the criteria for membership and the first Executive Committe of the IASCYS.
